Here

I've always been waiting
Right outside the door
Always been here
Right outside of your life
Wondering
When I could ever enter your world

I've always been listening
Every word you say
Always been listening
When you tried to speak again
Looking
For a way to make me real

And now
I can finally say I love you
Finally say I need you
And you know that
I've always been here
Always will be

I've always been giving
You my everything
Always been giving
My all and more to you
So much
That you know I can't do without you

And now
I can finally say I love you
Finally say I need you
And you know that
I've always been here
Always will be

So the days pass by
And you realize
That the shadow outside your life
Is drawing closer
Don't be scared
And back away
Because I'm here for you

And now
I can finally say I love you
Finally say I need you
And you know that
I've always been here
Always will be

Always been here
Always will be
Here

The 5 of november

Remember remember, the 5 of november
Gunpowder, treason and plot
I see no reason, why the gunpowder, treason
Should ever, be forgot

Remember remember, the 5 of november
Where fireworks sparked the sky
I was there, the conductor, the creator
There to witness it all

Remember remember, the 5 of november
When the monster who was I attacked
Killed by none but killed all
I did it, I survived

Remember remember, the 5 of november
The revolution began
Masks masked all as they charge
To show their stand
To witness their freedom.

( The first stanza was from an original poem, "the 5 of november". I just added on the other stanzas, after watching V for Vendetta. )

The irony of technology

With my computer I can travel the world
But the one I want to see
I can't communicate through
The almighty internet

With my phone I can reach to anybody
But somehow
I can't put my fingers to
Type those sweet nothings

With the electronic devices I can shorten the distance
But somehow it's not the distance that's the problem
I can't pinpoint why
But we're drifting apart

With technology it's easier and easier to see your face, hear your voice
But somehow
I can't see beyond the mask that you wear
Beyond the sound that's not your voice.
